If you ever need assistance, do not hesitate to e-mail us. We are eager to assist you with any problems you may have, whether they be problems with our service or just something you're confused about. If you have the personal address of a representative, you may contact them that way. If you would like to be put in touch with a representative, contact support@epfarms.org.

Browse the Wiki and Forums:

There are many questions that come up frequently. If you feel that you might have such a question, your fastest solution may be to find it in the forums. Head on over to the community site and see if you can find the answer.

Ask the Community:

One of the fastest ways to seek out help, especially if your problem is not specific to Eggplant Farms, is to seek help from the community. The community has a very broad range of experiences, and there's a good chance somebody is up around the clock. Send an e-mail to community-help@epfarms.org and see if anyone else can lend a hand. Note that this is a public list and is not appropriate for personal or financial inquiries.

Just because it is so far down on the list doesn't mean you should avoid it! Our support staff is here to help and is very eager to do so. In fact, we are betting you already know this.
